We are seeking an experienced Loans Administrator/Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading global financial institution's Loans Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in loan servicing, loan administration, syndicated lending, and agency operations to support a diverse portfolio of lending transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
- Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations.
- Review and maintain loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support loan funding, booking, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
- Act as a key contact for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams, and Operations partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
