Insurance firm seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join the team. This role will focus on leading a team of BA’s in shaping and translating business needs into clear, high-quality requirements for CRM and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) across multiple Business Units.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements for CRM and CCaaS use cases.
  • Lead the definition of end-to-end process flows from source systems and third-party providers into CRM Systems.
  • Manage and drive the production of clear analysis artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, process flows, and interaction diagrams.
  • Work closely with Architects and Engineers to shape pragmatic solution options aligned to global standards.
  • Support the safe and effective use of automation and AI-enabled services within CRM and CCaaS.
  • Ensure requirements consider data quality, lineage, security, regulatory, and resilience constraints.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, data specialists, and technology teams.
  • Lead the support of backlog refinement, prioritisation, and readiness for delivery within Agile squads.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in a Business Analysis Leadership role, working on technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working in an Insurance firm.
  • Strong experience analysing and documenting integration or data-driven use cases.
  • Ability to produce clear, high-quality analysis artefacts that are consumable by technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with Product Owners and delivery squads.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technology audiences.

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in London office.
