Responsibilities:
- Ongoing development and customization of the Enterprise Fidessa cash equities order management systems.
- Design and development of cash equities business requirements on the Fidessa order management system.
- Work closely with regional and global business sponsors to understand their requirements and architect, design and execute technical solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and global team members to form high quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring for new team members as necessary.
- Identify business, technology and people risks. Identify solutions or mitigating controls.
- Assist with 3rd line support as required.
Skills:
- Hands-on development experience with the Fidessa vendor trading platform.
- A strong understanding of equities trading.
- Programming skills in languages such as Java and Python.
