Description Job Description: This job is responsible for managing the technology risk and control environment across Global Technology as well as ensuring timely execution of project deliverables. This role partners with technology executives, product owners, and risk & control partners to ensure risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated. The position provides leadership over governance processes, control execution, issue management, regulatory commitments, and continuous improvement of the technology control framework. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Key Responsibilities Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities across multiple technology Lines of Business. Drive governance routines, risk reporting, and executive-level communications regarding technology risk status. Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Design, implement, and monitor key controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards. Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk, and regulators to support examinations and remediation activities. Manage issue remediation programs, ensuring timely closure of audit findings, risk events, and regulatory commitments. Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control metrics to proactively identify emerging risks. Evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement enhancements to strengthen the technology control environment. Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results through effective team management, structure, and routines. Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security, Audit, Controls, Governance, or Compliance. Strong understanding of risk frameworks, control testing, issue management, and regulatory expectations. Experience working with large-scale technology organizations and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to influence executive leaders and communicate complex technical risks in business-friendly language. Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, AI governance, operational resilience, and technology risk management
