We’re looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Executive to join our EMEA marketing team on a maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you’ll plan, create and repurpose content that builds brand awareness, supports demand generation and drives MQLs across the UK & EMEA, while supporting our technology partnerships. This role is ideal for a junior–mid level B2B marketer (3–5 years’ experience) who loves writing, storytelling and bringing technical propositions to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Repurposing
- Write and edit blogs, articles and web content aligned to campaigns and thought leadership
- Create customer case studies and stories with Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery
- Develop sales enablement assets (case studies, one‑pagers, decks)
- Draft email campaigns and nurture journeys
- Produce landing page copy optimised for UX and SEO
- Support thought leadership pieces, whitepapers and event content
- Publish and optimise content via CMS
- Create and schedule LinkedIn and Instagram content (organic and paid)
- Build email campaigns using Marketing Cloud (or similar)
- Support campaign execution and reporting in Salesforce and Seismic
- Ensure consistent tone of voice, messaging and brand across channels
- Map content to personas and buyer journey stages
- Apply SEO best practices and use basic analytics to optimise performance
- Maintain a clear content calendar and asset inventory
- Work closely with marketing, sales, pre-sales, delivery and partner teams
- Confidently prioritise work and push back on low‑value requests where needed
About You
- Experience
- 3–5 years’ B2B marketing experience, with a strong content focus
- Background in technology, IT services or related B2B sectors
- Proven experience creating content for demand generation and MQLs
- Comfortable working with sales and technical stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting, editing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of content strategy and buyer journeys
- Working knowledge of SEO and basic analytics
- Confident stakeholder and project management skills
- Marketing automation (e.g. Marketing Cloud)
- CMS and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
