Job Description
This 12‑month contract role provides dedicated support to the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a strong focus on Equity Swaps onboarding.
You will manage key aspects of the client onboarding lifecycle, including documentation, workstream coordination, status tracking, and stakeholder communication, to ensure a smooth and high quality experience for clients and counterparties across Financing Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end onboarding activities across the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a primary focus on Equity Swaps clients and counterparties.
- Collect, review, and organise onboarding information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding packages, questionnaires, information requests, and related materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and workflow tools to monitor progress against key milestones and deadlines.
- Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding requirements to drive timely completion.
- Coordinate onboarding activities across Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle in accordance with internal standards and controls.
- Produce clear onboarding status reports and management updates to provide transparency on progress and issues.
- Support account setup activities and onboarding readiness checks to confirm that all requirements are met prior to go‑live.
- Assist with post onboarding requests and related administrative activities, ensuring ongoing support for clients and counterparties.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes by identifying issues, proposing enhancements, and sharing best practice.
Essential Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, operations, middle office, or a related financial services role.
- Strong organisational skills with proven project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- experience supporting derivatives, securities finance, financing solutions, prime services, or capital markets products.
- Familiarity with client onboarding and account opening processes within financial services.
- Understanding of OTC derivatives and collateral management concepts.
