Change Manager - M365, SharePoint Online, Copilot Adoption Remote Contract: 6 Months (initial) Reporting Line: Global Programme Leadership Team Overview Our Client (Investment Bank) is undertaking a global transformation programme known as the Way of Working (WOW) initiative, designed to drive adoption of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI capabilities across the organisation.
As part of the global rollout, our client is seeking an XP'd Change Manager to lead adoption, engagement, communications and training activities across the UK business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping employees embrace new ways of working, ensuring sustainable adoption of collaboration technologies and AI-enabled tools that will transform productivity across the organisation.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, HR, technology teams and executive sponsors to deliver a comprehensive change and adoption strategy aligned to our client's global transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UK change and adoption workstream for the Way of Working (WOW) programme. Develop and execute change management strategies supporting the rollout of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered capabilities. Design and deliver communication plans that drive awareness, engagement and understanding of the programme's objectives and benefits. Build and manage stakeholder relationships across business, HR, technology and leadership functions.
Identify change impacts across different user groups and develop tailored adoption approaches. Create and coordinate end-user training programmes, learning materials, workshops, webinars and enablement sessions. Establish and support a network of champions and super users to promote adoption within the business. Measure adoption and engagement through reporting, user feedback and success metrics, recommending improvements where required. Support business readiness activities, deployment planning and go-live communications.
Track risks, issues and resistance areas, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with global WOW programme resources across the UK, Hong Kong, Japan and India to ensure a consistent user XP. Provide regular programme updates, status reporting and executive-facing communications.
Required
Skills & XP Proven XP delivering change management activities within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes. Strong XP supporting Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and broader collaboration platforms. XP driving user adoption, behavioural change and employee engagement across large organisations. Demonstrated XP designing and delivering training, communications and learning programmes. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence snr leaders and business users at all levels. XP conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption planning activities. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced global environment. Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred
XP XP supporting Microsoft Copilot deployments or AI adoption programmes. Knowledge of generative AI technologies and workplace productivity tools. XP within financial services or another highly regulated corporate environment. Familiarity with organisational change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks. XP working within global transformation programmes involving multiple regions and stakeholders. Relevant change management, project management or Microsoft certifications.
