Loans Administrator / Loan Operations Specialist
Chester / London (Hybrid - 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Loans Administrator / Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading global financial institution's Loans Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in loan servicing, loan administration, syndicated lending, and agency operations to support a diverse portfolio of lending transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
- Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations.
- Review and maintain loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support loan funding, booking, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
- Act as a key contact for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams, and Operations partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
Required Experience
- Proven Experience in Loan Administration, Loan Operations, or Loan Servicing.
- Strong understanding of syndicated and/or bilateral lending products.
- Experience managing loan documentation and operational processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Loan IQ.
- Previous agency documentation Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.i
- Analytical mindset and ability to apply a risk-based approach.
