We are seeking an experienced Technology Service Design Expert to lead the development, documentation, and implementation of service design frameworks within a complex, government-facing environment. The role will focus on establishing and embedding service design principles and models, ensuring alignment with client expectations and securing formal approval. You will work closely with the existing service design team and collaborate across highly technical environments, particularly within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).
