Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects, such as complex infrastructure, technology refresh, or end-user technology projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and governance skills.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technical delivery teams.
- Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions without being a hands-on engineer.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in complex, matrix-managed organisations.
- Experience delivering AV, Unified Communications, Zoom Rooms, Cisco collaboration, workplace technology, or end-user computing projects is desirable but not essential.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are desirable.
- AV, video conferencing, or workplace technology experience is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale meeting room technology refresh projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate suppliers, installers, and technical teams across multiple locations.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, business representatives, and operational teams.
- Maintain appropriate governance, reporting, and project controls.
- Drive issue resolution and proactively manage project risks.
- Support deployment planning, testing, sign-off, and transition into operational support.
