Our global market leading client in the financial services sector is looking for architecture/consultative advisory help on adopting LeanIX. The role involves supporting at the start of the product installation phase, focusing on fundamentals of core setup, ensuring adoption and providing progress reports.
Responsibilities:
- Expectation: 2–3 days a week in London office for approximately 5–6 months, 8 hours a day.
- Manage a backlog of use cases for the EA Tool across divisions and for enterprise-wide future feature enhancements, identified from workshops and stakeholders.
- Develop a proposed operating model, including reporting and meeting cadences, with input and approval.
- Create a recommended deployment plan for adoption of the EA Tool across divisions.
- Support MS in socializing EA Tool objectives, status, and success stories/metrics through monthly governance forum presentation preparations.
- Review the defined Architecture role activities and identify areas where the EA Tool may impact the role to identify potential future training.
