We are seeking a talented Internal Communications Specialist to manage and improve our SharePoint Intranet sites, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and aligned with business priorities. This role involves designing workflows, conducting audits, and providing training to enhance content management and user experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve SharePoint Intranet sites to ensure content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline content management and enhance user experience for both Front End and Back End users.
- Conduct quarterly audits with content owners to ensure Intranet accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Provide training and guidance to teams and content owners on SharePoint best practices and governance.
