We are seeking a Project Manager with deep infrastructure experience to lead the delivery, support, and ongoing development of enterprise infrastructure services across servers, networks, storage, datacentres and workplace environments. This role combines technical and people leadership, overseeing complex, multi-domain infrastructure projects from design through to go-live, working closely with vendors, telecom providers and internal stakeholders to ensure resilient connectivity, effective disaster recovery, and cost-efficient solutions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should hold a CCNA certification and have strong knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure (e.g., CDCMP, CDCFOM, VCP-DCV). Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage and datacentre environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery and support of infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and datacentres.
  • Perform capacity planning aligned to business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on networking and third-party connectivity.
  • Lead infrastructure teams across project delivery and BAU support.
  • Deliver complex, multi-domain projects end-to-end.
  • Manage vendors and service providers, including telecom partners.
  • Oversee infrastructure budgets and drive cost optimisation.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage and datacentre environments.
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, managing teams, budgets, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong networking and security knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Layer 2/3).
  • Experience with enterprise firewall/security technologies.
  • Understanding of NAT and complex network configurations.
  • Strong project and team management skills in technical environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
