We are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions to ensure the security, integrity, and accessibility of our digital assets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working with SailPoint products, including IdentityNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and processes, ensuring secure authentication, authorisation, and user lifecycle management.
  • Administer and support identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra & Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to establish and enforce access policies and standards.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending improvements.
  • Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to IAM projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations with cloud or on-premises systems.
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in Identity and Access Management roles.
  • Relevant professional certification such as Microsoft SC-300, SC-400 or CompTIA Security+.
  • Knowledge of common IT infrastructure technologies and concepts: Directories: LDAP, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra.
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 11.
  • Network protocols.
  • Demonstrable experience developing automation into processes using PowerShell or similar tools.
  • Clear understanding of implementing and managing RBAC.
  • Proven understanding of authentication protocols, access controls, conditional access policies and identity lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with SailPoint and IdentityNow platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud identity management and integration with SaaS applications.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
