We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead a multi-year initiative aimed at transitioning legacy administration services from an outsourced provider back into our organisation. The role requires overseeing cross-workstream planning across operations, technology, data, customer communications, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and customer-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the multi-year programme to transition legacy administration services from an outsourced provider back into the organisation.
- Oversee cross-workstream planning across operations, technology, data, customer communications, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage senior governance, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, and financials are controlled and escalated appropriately.
- Engage with executive stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and external partners.
- Ensure programme alignment with organisational strategy and customer-focused outcomes.
- Maintain the programme roadmap and deliver updates at governance forums, providing reporting to senior leadership.
- Oversee exit activities with the outgoing service provider.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
- Drive resolution of critical risks such as data quality and regulatory compliance.
