We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting project planning and coordination across various workstreams, assisting with governance documentation, and coordinating tasks across operations, IT, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and coordination across assigned workstreams.
  • Assist with governance documentation including RAID logs, status reports, and meeting packs.
  • Coordinate small-scale tasks across operations, IT, and suppliers.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and escalate delays as necessary.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure updates are timely.
  • Support meeting preparation including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Assist with testing coordination and evidence collection.
  • Help manage supplier interactions for smaller deliverables.
  • Track progress against project plans.
