As a Divisional Lead, you'll play a key role in growing business opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results. This is the first step on our Sales Leadership pathway, offering the opportunity to combine hands-on business development with coaching, mentoring, and team leadership responsibilities.

You'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales performance, developing specialist expertise within your team, and creating a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding results for clients, contractors, and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Achieving personal sales and business development targets while leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Driving focused business development activity, client engagement, and value-based sales conversations.
  • Developing and executing local and national client growth strategies.
  • Leading sales meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews to drive accountability and success.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximise performance and career progression.
  • Supporting team members to become trusted advisors to clients through market knowledge and industry insight.
  • Monitoring team performance through data, reporting, and sales metrics.
  • Working closely with Talent Delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Championing change initiatives and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
