We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the discovery and design of a new, digitally-led personal pension product, including drawdown functionality. This role will focus on data, system interactions, and integration design, ensuring robust technical foundations for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of system behaviours, data flows, and integration points
- Translate business requirements into technical artefacts suitable for architecture and engineering teams
- Produce: Data models and mappings (e.g. product / fund structures), System interaction diagrams, Process flows across platforms and services
- Work closely with solution architects on integration design and technical feasibility
- Define and document functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs)
- Identify edge cases, data exceptions, and system dependencies
- Maintain end‑to‑end traceability across requirements, design, build, and testing
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience as a Technical BA / Business Systems Analyst
- Strong pensions or wealth management experience
- Ideally, but not essential, prior work with wealth platforms (e.g. Sonata, FNZ, GBST, Avaloq)
- Strong understanding of: Data modelling and mapping, System integration / APIs, Architecture‑aligned analysis
- Ability to operate in early‑stage discovery environments
