We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the discovery and design of a new, digitally-led personal pension product, including drawdown functionality. This role will focus on data, system interactions, and integration design, ensuring robust technical foundations for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of system behaviours, data flows, and integration points
  • Translate business requirements into technical artefacts suitable for architecture and engineering teams
  • Produce: Data models and mappings (e.g. product / fund structures), System interaction diagrams, Process flows across platforms and services
  • Work closely with solution architects on integration design and technical feasibility
  • Define and document functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Identify edge cases, data exceptions, and system dependencies
  • Maintain end‑to‑end traceability across requirements, design, build, and testing

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience as a Technical BA / Business Systems Analyst
  • Strong pensions or wealth management experience
  • Ideally, but not essential, prior work with wealth platforms (e.g. Sonata, FNZ, GBST, Avaloq)
  • Strong understanding of: Data modelling and mapping, System integration / APIs, Architecture‑aligned analysis
  • Ability to operate in early‑stage discovery environments
