We are seeking experienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first‑line technical support to a large end‑user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Contract Details:

  • 6 month inside IR35 contract
  • Exeter based, onsite working
  • NPPV3 clearance required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first‑line IT support via telephone and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve end‑user hardware, software and access issues
  • Log, triage and prioritise incidents and service requests
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and user experience
  • Support desktop, laptop and Microsoft-based environments

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and end‑user computing environments
  • Experience working in a high‑volume support environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident supporting non‑technical users
  • Customer‑focused with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable handling multiple requests and priorities
  • Experienced in delivering first‑call resolution where possible
  • Able to work effectively as part of an onsite team
