We are seeking experienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first‑line technical support to a large end‑user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Contract Details:
- 6 month inside IR35 contract
- Exeter based, onsite working
- NPPV3 clearance required
Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑line IT support via telephone and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve end‑user hardware, software and access issues
- Log, triage and prioritise incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and user experience
- Support desktop, laptop and Microsoft-based environments
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and end‑user computing environments
- Experience working in a high‑volume support environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

- Customer‑focused with a proactive approach
- Comfortable handling multiple requests and priorities
- Experienced in delivering first‑call resolution where possible
