Our Telecommunications client is in search of a parental leave coverage to support their events and field marketing team to plan and deliver on both physical and digital events.
Day To Day Requirements In The Role:
- Located in Boston and able to go in office in Wakefield 2-3 times a week
- Possible travel to NYC or downtown Boston
- 6+ years of experience in Event Management
- Background in managing both physical events including lobby events with partners, industry event logistics, webinars, bespoke events like roundtables with customers and prospects
- Managing event budgets
- Maintenance of RSVP lists of registrants for both internal and external events
- Identification and follow up on raffle giveaways
- Tracking ROI post event
