Job Title: Event Manager

Provide end to end Leadership, planning, coordination and execution of events including overseeing logistics, stakeholder communication and reporting.

Activities:

β€’ Liaise with the Event Design Lead to identify key cutover activities, execution sequence & dependencies (across all events including test phases, dress rehearsals and LD1)

β€’ Work across all Work Streams (For Example – TSA, Value Streams, Data Transfer) to define detailed cutover scope and plan (and all associated artefacts)

β€’ Embed the use of appropriate tooling and consistent structure for building runbooks

β€’ Plan and manage the event runbook creation

β€’ Set up the Command and Control organization and operating model for major events

β€’ Define & embed the incident management process for events both internally and with the buyer

β€’ Agree ways of working and joint milestones/interlocks with the buyer

β€’ Define and track entry and exit criteria across all workstreams for events both internally as well as with the buyer

β€’ Manage the staffing of rotas to ensure all teams are fully resourced to support events

β€’ Facilitate event Go/No-Go meeting

β€’ Manage the execution of the event, MI reporting, issue management and escalation

β€’ Incorporate lessons learnt from past events
