TEKsystems is supporting a major government‑backed infrastructure programme delivering large‑scale tunnel and roadworks across Essex and Kent. The project is rapidly scaling, with 300+ on‑site personnel and further growth expected over the coming months.
Role Objectives
The successful consultant will be responsible for assessing, redesigning, and optimising a live Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment that supports high volumes of public and vendor interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a full review of the existing Dynamics CRM setup
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and poor design decisions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current usage and pain points
- Reconfigure or redesign the CRM to improve usability and performance
- Enhance case management workflows, email‑to‑case integration, query routing and escalation processes, and data structure, workflows, and automation
- Optimise how inbound queries (public and vendor) are handled
- Ensure the system supports operational scale and increasing demand
- Introduce best practices for CRM governance and usage
- Deliver meaningful improvements within a 3‑month timeframe
- Operate independently with minimal oversight
- Provide clear documentation and handover where required

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Proven track record of fixing or transforming underperforming CRM environments
- Experience working in live, complex systems under pressure
