We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably within multinational or matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in managing operational HR processes in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and contract amendments, independently and with minimal supervision.
- Support onboarding operations across the EMEA region, understanding country-specific nuances and compliance requirements, particularly in the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Spain.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries.
- Utilise Oracle HRIS platforms to maintain employee records, manage data integrity, and facilitate core HR processes efficiently.
- Handle ServiceNow ticket management effectively.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
- Contribute meaningfully to regional and global HR projects, especially those impacting the EMEA region.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring readiness for audits and data reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with international HR operations teams and stakeholders, building trust and driving consistent service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to the HR Operations Team Lead or appropriate HR partners with sound judgment and clarity.
Essential Skills

- Experience in EMEA onboarding operations with compliance knowledge.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation across EMEA.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
