Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and user stories into detailed functional designs.
- Produce build‑ready specifications, including relevant technical considerations.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 within agreed standards and guardrails.
- Define requirements that minimise ambiguity and enable right‑first‑time delivery.
- Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are clear, scalable, and aligned.
- Contribute to integration and data‑related requirements where relevant.
- Support customer, sales, and servicing journeys.
