We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Engagement Services team. This role supports multiple value streams by providing strong Dynamics capability and ensuring consistent, compliant customer experiences. The initial focus will be on the Workplace Futures Programme, contributing to a hybrid environment that blends on-premises and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and user stories into detailed functional designs.
  • Produce build‑ready specifications, including relevant technical considerations.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 within agreed standards and guardrails.
  • Define requirements that minimise ambiguity and enable right‑first‑time delivery.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are clear, scalable, and aligned.
  • Contribute to integration and data‑related requirements where relevant.
  • Support customer, sales, and servicing journeys.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance expectations.
  • Operate across both cloud and on‑prem environments.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (non‑F&O).
