Description Legal Entity Reporting Project Manager – Capital Markets We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Legal Entity Reporting and Finance transformation activity within a major Capital Markets programme. This role requires someone who combines strong project delivery capability with a good understanding of Finance, Financial Control and/or Legal Entity Reporting within an Investment Banking environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage delivery across Legal Entity Reporting and Finance workstreams. • Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, actions and dependencies. • Coordinate delivery across Finance, Change, Technology and business stakeholders. • Support changes to financial reporting processes, systems, data and controls. • Manage project governance and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. • Track delivery against key programme milestones and escalate risks where required. • Translate Finance requirements into clear project deliverables. • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams within a complex change environment. Key Experience • Strong Project Management experience within Investment Banking / Capital Markets. • Experience delivering Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Reporting or Financial Control change. • Good understanding of banking Finance processes. • Strong project governance, RAID management and planning experience. • Experience delivering across business, Finance and Technology teams. • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
