We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking regulatory organization based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a hybrid working environment that values collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

You’ll be part of a skilled Agile delivery team, working on mission-critical systems that support financial and regulatory data collection. The role demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise), .NET, and SQL Server, with a strong focus on integration, performance, and secure data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 8.2 (on-premise) or similar.
Customize CRM client-side using supported APIs, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, and FetchXML queries.
Implement and interact with C# Web APIs from CRM.
Integrate CRM with other systems (Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SSRS, internal APIs).
Model CRM data and configure security roles and permissions.
Optimize CRM performance and adhere to best practices.
Conduct unit and integration testing tailored to Dynamics CRM.
Design and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL queries.
Collaborate within Agile teams using Azure DevOps for backlog and release management.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise).
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
Proficiency in .NET development, especially C# and Web API.
Advanced SQL Server skills including SSRS and SSIS.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with SDK-based CRM interactions and performance tuning.
Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Desirable Qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
Experience in financial or regulatory environments is a plus.
