Overview
We are seeking an experienced Graph Data Scientist / Graph Data Engineer to support the development and expansion of enterprise graph capabilities. This role will focus on building graph-based data products, creating graph pipelines, and enabling the visualization and analysis of complex relationships between data assets across the organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and evolving a graph-based data model, helping to bring data assets and products to life through interconnected relationship-driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain graph-based data solutions.
Build scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines for graph platforms.
Model complex business entities and relationships within graph databases.
Develop and optimise graph queries and analytics workloads.
Support the implementation and evolution of enterprise graph data models.
Work closely with data engineers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify graph use cases.
Create visualisations and analytical outputs that demonstrate relationships, lineage, dependencies, and data product interactions.
Ensure graph data structures are scalable, performant, and aligned with governance standards.
Contribute to cloud-native graph solutions deployed within GCP environments.
Mentor junior team members and promote graph best practices across the organisation.
Required Skills & Experience
Graph Technologies
Strong Experience with:
o Neo4j
o Falkor/FalkorDB (preferred)
o Other graph databases such as Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, ArangoDB or JanusGraph
Data Engineering
Building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
Data integration and transformation using Python
