We're currently seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst for a hybrid role based in Manchester city centre (minimum two days per week in the office).
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Deliver custom insights and performance reporting using Tableau and SQL.
- Provide bespoke insight analysis and reporting in Tableau for regular KPI and performance data.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science (preferred), Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in data analysis/reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with database management and data visualization is essential.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication: Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data to stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong internal relationships.
