Role Purpose
Lead the design and delivery of a complex transformation programme focused on cyber, risk, and operational sustainability. The role drives target operating model development, strengthens data governance, and enhances frameworks to support regulatory readiness, improved controls, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of target operating model components.
- Mobilise and manage programme structures, including workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and governance.
- Drive enhancement of frameworks across governance, risk appetite, controls, reporting, and metrics.
- Improve data governance, including ownership, quality, and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams (business, technology, risk, and control).
- Provide programme leadership across planning, execution, reporting, RAID management, and delivery tracking.
- Support senior governance through reporting, steering committees, and decision materials.
- Ensure effective transition from design to execution with robust delivery discipline and controls.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Experience & Capabilities
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in cyber, risk, or regulatory environments.
- Strong expertise in target operating model design and implementation.
- Experience in data governance, reporting, and framework enhancement.
- Advanced programme management skills (governance, planning, dependencies, RAID).
- Ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical delivery outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior business and technical audiences.
- Track record of delivering change in highly regulated environments.
