We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead the delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of a high-availability critical environment across leased data center sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, security, CE standards, and service-level policies.
  • Oversee incident response for critical infrastructure issues and drive effective RCAs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely maintenance and repair activities.
  • Reduce operational risk and human-error incidents through strong governance.
  • Support energy-efficiency, cost-optimisation, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Supervise CE audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
  • Provide clear reporting across power, temperature, humidity, and SLA performance.
  • Champion team knowledge sharing and operational best practices.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years in data center or critical-environment operations (or 3+ years with relevant study).
  • Previously held Authorized Person/Senior Authorized Person status (mechanical or electrical).

Preferred

  • Experience with UPS, generators, AHUs, and other CE systems.
  • Engineering degree or technical certification.
  • Background in large-scale CE projects and understanding of core IT infrastructure.
