Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Engagement and Communications Specialist with experience working on Technology Change. The successful candidate will sit across the department\’s programme of works initially driving the communication and strategy for a range of IT Infrastructure Transformations. This is a brand new role, so the successful candidate will shape up the groups Communication style/structure etc.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and stakeholders (Senior Execs, Programme Managers, and End users) to enhance their experience with services, products, and platforms.
• Maintain customer communication and brand image.
• Corporate Communication working in a structured/regulated environment.
