Providing in‑office support for the London Hub Office. As a 1st line agent, you will deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance for hardware, software, SaaS tools, and conference room AV. You’ll also manage on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes, support new applications and IT procedures, document solutions, and collaborate with IT Operations and procurement teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on desktop support for users at all skill levels.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Wi‑Fi issues, and triage to specialized teams when needed.
- Assist with on‑boarding, off‑boarding, and user provisioning for SaaS tools.
- Support conference‑room AV and calibration hardware.
- Document solutions, guidelines, and procedures to improve service efficiency.
- Participate in IT Operations scrum teams to deploy projects and enhance service capabilities.
- Act as a local point of contact for technical queries from product and operations teams.
- Collaborate with IT Procurement to coordinate vendors and logistics.
