Required Skillset
- Experience with virtual desktop technologies - VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps & desktops or Azure Virtual Desktops
- Exposure to end user migrations, working alongside migration teams
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with day‑to‑day user‑facing role
- Delivery orientated, efficient resolution of migration problems
- Customer facing, great attitude
- Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of issues
- Experience sharing knowledge, building FAQs for the environment
- Financial Service experience or equivalent large corporate environments
