We are seeking an experienced Loans Administrator/Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading global financial institution's Loans Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in loan servicing, loan administration, syndicated lending, and agency operations to support a diverse portfolio of lending transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
  • Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Review and maintain loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support loan funding, booking, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams, and Operations partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in Loan Administration, Loan Operations, or Loan Servicing.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated and/or bilateral lending products.
  • Experience managing loan documentation and operational processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Loan IQ.
  • Previous agency documentation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to apply a risk-based approach.
