DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a large financial services institution to support transformation across Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, Billing, Credit Management, Cash Application and Revenue Recognition. The role is highly collaborative and involves:
Running workshops and leading gap analysis
Designing and documenting endβtoβend O2C workflows
Working with systems such as Salesforce, BlackLine and D&B ERAM
Producing RTMs, process flows and solution design documents
