We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Outsource Support Partner to support the Head of Outsource Operations and the Third‑Party Relationship Manager by reducing administrative workload and ensuring smooth, compliant outsourced servicing operations. The role involves working closely with internal teams (Investment, Legal, Risk) and external Servicers, supporting day‑to‑day operations, performance reporting, governance, and control activities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the outsource mailbox, logging, prioritising, and responding to Servicer queries
- Act as a key contact for day‑to‑day operational and data queries
- Support onboarding of new debt portfolios, ensuring accurate documentation
- Prepare performance and business review packs for internal and external meetings
- Maintain operational logs, control trackers, and documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Monitor Servicer compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Support RCSA and BCP activities for outsourced servicing
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, pre‑reads, and minute‑taking
- Assist with invoice documentation and deadline management
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; able to learn systems quickly
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, or control frameworks desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
