We need a delivery-first Technical Delivery Lead to run complex CRM and data-led programmes across multiple squads, bringing structure, visibility, and predictable software delivery, not just tracking activity.
Programme Overview (Context for the Role)
This role sits within a central function that enables multiple value streams across the business. The successful candidate will operate across multiple concurrent programmes, with primary focus on:
- CRM Improvement Programme (Dynamics)
- Ongoing enhancements and upgrades across Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
- Supporting customer, sales (advisor), and servicing journeys
- Driving consistency, performance, and usability across the platform
- Data Migration Programme
- Supporting complex data migrations and integrations
- Ensuring smooth transition of data across systems and platforms
- Working closely with engineering teams on delivery and execution
Wider Programme Scope Includes:
- CRM integrations and platform improvements
- SmartComms / Laserfiche (document generation & digital fulfilment)
- Upgrades across multiple environments
- First-time builds of new services (key pressure area), including:
- APIs
- Terraform infrastructure provisioning
- Platform-level service creation
