We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Adoption & Transformation Lead to shape and drive cybersecurity education and behaviour change across a large‑scale financial services organisation.

This unique opportunity sits at the intersection of AI innovation, cybersecurity and engineering culture, working closely with technology, engineering communities and AI enablement teams to embed secure, responsible AI usage into day‑to‑day engineering practices.

You will shift the organisation from compliance‑driven learning to meaningful behavioural change, ensuring engineers have the skills, mindset and guardrails needed to safely build and operate with AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design & deliver a comprehensive AI cyber behaviour and skills programme tailored to technical audiences, including:

  • Software engineers
  • Developers
  • Architects
  • Platform teams
  • Dev Sec Ops & SRE communities
  • Translate complex and evolving AI‑related cyber risks into clear, actionable engineering behaviours, such as:
  • Secure prompt and data handling
  • Safe usage of AI assistants and tooling
  • Guardrails for AI‑generated code
  • Model and tool governance integration
  • Drive a behaviour‑first approach to learning, moving away from traditional compliance‑based training towards:
  • Practical, real‑world application
  • Workflow‑integrated learning experiences
  • Just‑in‑time and embedded enablement
  • Partner with AI enablement, security and engineering leadership to align on strategy, priorities and adoption goals.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives focused on culture, engagement and sustained behaviour change at scale.
  • Key Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience operating within large enterprise environments, ideally in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity with hands‑on background in:
  • Application security
  • Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops
  • Security engineering or cyber controls
  • Demonstrable understanding of AI/Gen AI in engineering contexts, including:
  • Common usage patterns (e. g. coding assistants, LLM integrations)
  • Associated risks (data leakage, model misuse, insecure outputs, etc.)
  • An engineer‑at‑heart mindset – a transition from hands‑on technical delivery into broader transformation or enablement roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering large‑scale transformation programmes, including:
  • Training and capability development
  • Change management and adoption
