We are seeking an Automation Engineer who excels at turning complex operational workflows into secure, scalable, and dependable automated solutions. In this position, you'll work closely with product stakeholders, gain a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, and design automation that delivers consistent, high-quality performance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation, from testing through to implementation
- Partner with product and engineering teams to assess workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Architect and implement robust, high-performance automation solutions
- Apply security-by-default practices across all automation work
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise automated workflows for reliability and scalability
- Champion strong documentation standards and contribute to a culture of quality and ownership
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering Ansible-based automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
- Previous exposure to working with global teams
