What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with product and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
- Design, build, and maintain robust, high‑performance automation that replaces manual processes
- Embed security by default—including secrets management, least‑privilege access, and vulnerability controls
- Monitor automation in production and proactively optimise for scale, performance, and resilience
- Build automation with automated testing to ensure reliability whenever it’s required
- Take ownership of solutions, ensuring they are well‑documented, supportable, and fit for future growth
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience delivering Ansible‑based automation within Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
- Proven ability to analyse complex processes and design pragmatic automation solutions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a diverse, global team
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- A clear ownership mindset, with strong documentation and collaboration habits
