We’re looking for aTechnical Assurance Managerwith strong leadershipexperienceand abackgroundinaerospace, aviation, or space systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection oftechnical change, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Do

• Lead assurance activities across complex systems and networks.
• Define and implement safety and assurance strategies.
• Assess technical changes and develop assurance arguments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather evidence and support safety case development.

What You Bring

• Provenexperienceinsystems management/functional safety management or technical leadershiproles.
• Backgroundinaerospace, aviation, or space environments or otherhighly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge offunctional/system safety, quality control, and assurance frameworks.
• Familiarity withnetwork technologiesand network infrastructure is a plus.
• Soft skills : confidence, attention to detail, communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
