We need a delivery-first Technical Delivery Lead to run complex CRM and data-led programmes across multiple squads, bringing structure, visibility, and predictable software delivery, not just tracking activity.

Programme Overview (Context for the Role)

This role sits within a central function that enables multiple value streams across the business. The successful candidate will operate across multiple concurrent programmes, with primary focus on:

  • CRM Improvement Programme (Dynamics)
    • Ongoing enhancements and upgrades across Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
    • Supporting customer, sales (advisor), and servicing journeys
    • Driving consistency, performance, and usability across the platform
  • Data Migration Programme
    • Supporting complex data migrations and integrations
    • Ensuring smooth transition of data across systems and platforms
    • Working closely with engineering teams on delivery and execution

Wider Programme Scope Includes:

  • CRM integrations and platform improvements
  • SmartComms / Laserfiche (document generation & digital fulfilment)
  • Upgrades across multiple environments
  • First-time builds of new services (key pressure area), including: APIs, Terraform infrastructure provisioning, Platform-level service creation
