Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a high-performing Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives team within a leading global investment management firm. This role is ideal for someone with 4–5 years of experience in project management, particularly within investment management.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of regulatory and strategic change initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Support daily project execution, tracking progress and timelines.
  • Organise meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Keep project records up to date, including plans and SteerCo materials.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and track actions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of project management experience in financial services, ideally within investment management.
  • Experience with regulatory and strategic change projects.
  • Experience supporting integration of new entities or platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with at least 3 days per week in the London office.
