Join a dynamic team as a Lead Business Analyst, where you will spearhead functional analysis for cross-vertical and cross-domain change projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that change activities are seamlessly integrated and aligned with strategic objectives. You will be the key liaison for translating business needs into actionable insights, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the analysis process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and ensure alignment with the overall roadmap.
- Collaborate with functional leads across different verticals to clarify, prioritize, and synchronize requirements.
- Support project planning and delivery across verticals, ensuring quality and continuous improvement of our IT architecture.
- Align change initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives and business strategy.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure a shared understanding of the roadmap.
- Influence and guide stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver strategic and efficient business and IT value.
- Proactively manage business change demands.
Skills/Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant professional certification.
- Proven experience leading a team of Business Analysts.
- ETRM Experience.
- Extensive experience in managing change within the energy sector, particularly across the deal lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in business analysis within the energy industry, with a strong background in managing complex change initiatives in Agile environments.
- Strong risk and issue management skills, with experience as an escalation point for functional requirements.
- Leadership experience in managing BA teams and driving change initiatives.
