- 5+ years hands-on experience with ESXi and vCenter in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of DRS, HA, Distributed Switches, Content Libraries and ESXi lifecycle.
- Scripting: PowerCLI, PowerShell and some Terraform.
- Networking, storage, and server fundamentals.
- Familiarity with other hypervisors such as KVM, KubeVirt, OpenShift.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
