Responsibilities:
- Lead the operation of the back office team
- Maintain stakeholder relationships primarily with the back office: finance, operations and compliance, as well as other tech stakeholders
- Manage and monitor vendor relationships for the back office
- Develop and coach the back office team
- Ensure the delivery of support and projects
Duties:
- Ensure operational resilience of the back office technology function
- Maintain relationships with business and tech stakeholders
- Support the development of the back office application team
- Roadmap and delivery oversight
- Contribute to the department roadmap and technology strategy
Requirements:
- Experience in a technology leadership position, particularly as a senior manager
- Strong back office experience (Settlements, Payments, Post Trade Lifecycle, etc.)
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Background in back office or operational technology environments in financial services
- Business-facing IT experience
- Software Development Background (Ideally Java)
