The Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and versatile E-commerce Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a small team, adapts quickly, and has a genuine interest in technology and online retail.
You’ll be involved in everything from listing products and adjusting pricing based on market trends, to supporting customer service and analysing sales performance. If you love multitasking, have a great eye for detail, and want to contribute to a thriving business, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage high-quality product listings across multiple platforms, including our own website, Amazon, eBay, Debenhams, OnBuy, Shopify, and others, as we expand.
- Monitor and adjust product pricing based on competitor research and hardware knowledge.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Support customer service via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and product visibility.
- Collaborate with team members across all areas of the business as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in e-commerce (preferably within consumer electronics or IT).
- Good working knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and online store platforms (Shopify/Magento).
- Solid Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Desirable (not essential): SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads experience; Photoshop or photo editing tools; previous use of Magento; experience in IT hardware refurbishment or repair.
