A leading organisation with a global presence is driving forwards to promote and deliver world change through unlocking the power of technology. They’re undergoing huge internal hypergrowth across their technology platforms, now seeking a Workday Developer.

As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for the customization, extension and integration of Workday and Adaptive Systems to meet the needs of the business. Working closely with different business units and ensuring the system integrates with other enterprise platforms.

They foster a diverse, collaborative and inclusive environment and have a company-wide drive to come together in their London based office ideally twice a week. They regularly hold company funded events to recognise and celebrate hard work and achievements.

Your personal progression is a huge focus whereby from day one, you will have a clear path in place supported by internal leadership and allocated time for ongoing learning and development.

Requirements for this role:

  • Expertise in Workday development (including integration, system admin and customization)
  • Experience with system integrations, working with APIs
  • Ability to work in agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Adaptive
  • Knowledge of HR and finance processes within Workday
  • Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management
  • Full right to work in the UK
