We're supporting a fast-growing B2C organisation that is investing heavily in its digital customer experience and Salesforce ecosystem. As part of this growth, we're looking for a Salesforce UX Designer to help shape user-centric experiences across Salesforce platforms and customer-facing journeys. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative product and technology team where you'll play a key role in improving customer engagement, conversion, and overall user satisfaction.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to design experiences that are both visually compelling and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Salesforce teams to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Analyse customer behavior, user feedback, and platform data to inform design decisions.
- Support the optimisation of customer journeys, self-service capabilities, and digital engagement channels.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Salesforce UX Designer.
- Experience designing within Salesforce environments, ideally including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
