Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £90,000 (DoE)
Are you a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer looking to take the next step up into Technical Lead, owning the development piece across implementations?
A renowned Partner who are leading from the front across the UK market, are scaling their team in light of newly signed projects on a complex and enterprise scale. These span across all areas of Salesforce including Agentforce, Data Cloud, RCA and other core areas.
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading from the front providing mentorship and guidance to junior members, own the overall technical solution, manage and build relationships with key customers ensuring best practice and customer needs are met, whilst playing a fundamental part remaining hands on with complex development.
This is a hybrid role based in central London, where the team often get together for social and Salesforce focussed events. It\’s a highly social, vibrant and people-first dynamic.
Due to the scale and speed of growth, you have direct and advanced route to stepping into senior level positions in whichever way you see your career going. This is supported right from C-Suite, and additional resources are provided alongside this guidance.
Requirements:
- Circa 5+ years with Salesforce development
- Consulting background across end to end implementations
- Core Cloud experience as a minimum is required
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Holding relevant Salesforce Certifications (PD1 – Essential)
- Proficient and confident communicator with senior level stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce coding languages (LWC, Apex, API integrations)
